ITT Inc., a global leader in the development of suspension solutions, seeks an experienced Production Manager to join our team at Koni Oud Beijerland.

We offer a challenging and rewarding role within a dynamic company that is recognized globally for its innovative approach to mobility. As a Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the continuity of our production lines, managing a team of 6 Process Engineers, and driving improvements to critical KPIs such as safety, quality, output, and cost.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering, and minimum 5 years of related leadership experience. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and industrial robot operations is essential, while experience in environment with 3-shift production and supporting team players with excellent communication skills are highly desirable.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the Process Engineering team to improve support to the production facility;
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing daily production line operations for reliability and performance;
  • Providing technical input and investigation support to R&D, quality, and maintenance teams;
  • Driving continuous improvement activities to reduce process variation and improve product specifications;
  • Developing expertise in production lines, understanding process capabilities through data analysis, and modifying line layouts for waste reduction and ergonomics;
  • Supporting the Purchasing department in judging suppliers and working together to pass on mutations to assets of the financial department;
  • Leading and participating in NPI and NTI projects.

We offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 40 days off per year, good pension with PME, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
