Internship Opportunity
As an intern in the Customer Experience (CX) department, you will be part of our team in Breda. During this internship, you will work at our head office and be part of the CX department in the hospitality channel.
The goal of your internship will be:
- Increasing customer satisfaction
- Increasing telephone and digital sales by actively calling in
- Identifying and implementing efficiency opportunities
- Streamlining and improving processes
- Supporting different departments within the Customer Experience team NL
What We Offer
As an intern at AB InBev, you will have the opportunity to gain relevant commercial experience in the world of FMCG. You will be given plenty of opportunities to develop yourself further. The building is a five-minute walk from Breda Central Station.
Requirements
- Commercial HBO education
- Preferably a working intern who works for at least 4 days
- A proactive, independent and accurate working attitude
- Excellent communication skills and command of Dutch and English language
- Affinity with the FMCG/Horeca market is an advantage
- Duration of 5-6 months
- Start date early September (in consultation)
