About the Job

Lekkerland is a leading provider of food and non-food items to various customers across the Netherlands. As a Logistics Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain.

We are committed to providing exceptional quality and service to our customers every day. To achieve this, we operate from three large and centrally located distribution centers (DCs), one of which is based in Waddinxveen. We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team at this location.

The Waddinxveen DC is the largest of our three DCs, featuring various departments, including ambient, fresh, and frozen. In a personal interview, we will discuss the opportunities within each department and match you with the best fit for your skills and interests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for collecting orders for our customers.
  • Orders will be picked per customer.
  • You will work with a headset, receiving instructions from the system on which orders to collect, allowing you to maintain both hands free.
  • Once orders are collected, you will prepare them for transportation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You must speak Dutch and/or English fluently.
  • Experience in logistics is not necessary as we will provide comprehensive training.
  • You must be available full-time and flexible from Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts.
  • You should possess strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A basic salary between €12.90 and €14.01 gross per hour.
  • A shift allowance for overtime work.
  • An 8.33% holiday allowance.
  • 25 holidays per year for full-time employees.
  • A net travel allowance of up to €7.29 per day.
