Key Holder Job Description

As a Key Holder at Levi's, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our Stylists. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing the highest level of customer service through teamwork and living our brand values.
  • Assisting the Store Management team with daily tasks and store duties.
  • Motivating and supporting the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet personal targets.
  • Offering guidance and direction to the sales team to assist with their development and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are being met.
  • Maintaining strong visual standards across the store.
  • Assisting with deliveries and organizing the stock room.
  • Being responsible for opening and closing the store when senior managers are absent.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within retail, as well as strong customer service skills. Being a team player and supporting the management team where needed is essential. Additionally, experience in managing a team on the shop floor is desired.
