As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Key Account clients. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, and will work to resolve these in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Work closely with the Customer Administration team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools to manage customer interactions and resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry knowledge and trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch.
