Event Coordinator for Learning Week

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Event Coordinator to support our HR Learning & Development team in organizing and coordinating a bank-wide Learning Week.
About the Role:
- Plan, organize, and execute the Learning & Development event, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate with internal and external speakers and moderators, managing communication and information provision with various stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed event schedules, enabling tenders, testing technology, and coordinating logistics and administrative tasks.
- Support the team in achieving critical milestones and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
About You:
- You are an HBO student with prior experience in event management, fluent in Dutch and English, and available as soon as possible.
- Your educational background is preferably in event management, and you are proficient in Office 360 (Excel, Word, Lists, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
