Het voorbereiden en plannen van onderhoudsactiviteiten op de productiesite te Pernis volgens overeengekomen kwaliteits- en tijdsnormen en, financiële richtlijnen, en binnen de gestelde HSE-kaders.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het inzetten van financiën, mensen en middelen, binnen de gestelde kaders (zowel eigen personeel als contractors).

Verantwoordelijkheden

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beoordelen van de inhoud en prioriteitsstelling van alle binnenkomende meldingen, projecten en onderhoudsscope;
  • Overeenstemming verkrijgen met productie over tijd van uitvoering
  • Het op taakniveau aanmaken van werkorders;
  • Het ter plaatse opnemen van de uit te voeren werkzaamheden;
  • Het opstellen en communiceren van een wekelijks schedule
  • Het vaststellen van de benodigde werkzaamheden en materialen en benodigde tijdsduur voor de werkuitvoering;
  • Het vaststellen van de benodigde vaardigheden van technici en benodigde contractors;
  • Het begroten van het benodigde budget;
  • Budget opstellen van de totale werkzaamheden van de werkorder
  • Na goedkeuring van werkorder(s), bestellen en/of reserveren van materialen;
  • Het afroepen van diensten;
  • Het verwerken van de documentatie tot een werkmap
  • TAR verwerken van documentatie tot een ROSER-werkpakket
  • Het aanbieden van de werkorder(s) aan de scheduler;
  • Na realisatie afsluiten van de werkorder(s), inclusief bijwerken van de daarbij behorende documentatie;
  • Het sturen op de werkvoorraad van zowel voorbereid als onvoorbereid werk

  • Begrip van strategische plannen van de divisie en business units;
  • Inzicht in relatie tussen businessplannen en de rol van de afdeling, team en de eigen rol binnen de organisatie;
  • Kunnen identificeren van mogelijke problemen in gestelde doelen en werken aan/voorstellen doen voor oplossingen;

Realisatie van business doelstellingen:

  • Bereidt werkzaamheden voor, organiseert en levert (deel) projecten op.
Minimale Kwalificaties
  • MBO+/HBO WTBK-EI);
  • MBO+ (technische richting) met aanvullende
  • trainingen en opleidingen;
  • Werkvoorbereiding en planningstechnieken en methodieken
  • Ervaring met SAP/ROSER/Scheduling programma
  • 5-7 jaar ervaring in een chemische productieomgeving, waarvan 2 jaar als technisch uitvoerende ofwel vijf jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie in een chemische productieomgeving;
  • Kennis van de veiligheidsprocessen van de installatie en specifieke veiligheidsprocedures
  • Kennis van en bekendheid met CMMS-systemen, en affiniteit met IT.
