Digital Product Leader

At Portera, we are seeking a seasoned Digital Product Leader to spearhead the development of our key digital assets. This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in product ownership and project management.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal. They will be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, develop detailed specifications for product features, and drive business decisions based on data analysis.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits that include health insurance, retirement planning, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation
  • Serving as the voice of the client and working with internal and external customers to analyze needs and align product roadmaps towards agreed deliverables and strategic goals
  • Owning the product roadmap and developing scope and defining backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide development teams
  • Solving product-related problems, making decisions, completing trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments
  • Drafting key objectives and results, strategies, and applying data for the product to make business decisions
  • Possessing a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies specific to the projects being worked on, and products being led
  • Collaborating with stakeholders throughout and accountable for the created product(s), delivering in the product model and communicating product needs with business partners
  • Assessing value, developing cases, and prioritizing stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value, with velocity
  • Identifying and helping clients understand business models, value, and value propositions
