In the heart of PVH EMEA, we're shaping the future of customer engagement across the EU region. As a CRM & Membership Manager, Acquisition & Activation, you'll play a pivotal role in building and nurturing strong customer relationships by enhancing personalized member experiences.

The Mission

The Calvin Klein CRM & Membership team aims to drive brand growth and success by focusing on customer data, engagement, and loyalty initiatives. As a key member of this team, you'll spearhead our efforts in acquiring, engaging, converting, and retaining CRM members, with a primary focus on collaborating closely with key partners in EU markets to execute membership marketing strategies.

Your Role

You'll analyze CRM member behavior to extract actionable insights, craft marketing plans to attract new members while delivering exclusive value propositions, and monitor campaign performance. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  1. Research & analysis: Build hypotheses and plans to influence critical KPIs through membership activation
  2. Influencing stakeholders and gaining buy-in: Present a comprehensive action plan backed by data and insights to key stakeholders
  3. Develop comprehensive marketing plans: Design end-to-end consumer journeys that drive new member acquisition, member engagement, conversion, and retention
  4. Briefing communications/activations: Get stakeholders onboard and brief-in deliverables to achieve marketing plan goals
  5. Retail stakeholder management: Ensure key initiatives are in place and running to drive consumer acquisition & identification
  6. Recap/learnings/measurement: Build hypotheses, set goals/KPIs, execute, measure results, and recap into learnings decks for best practice sharing
  7. Strategic projects: Take on team-wide or department-wide strategic projects as necessary

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a strategic, analytical, creative, and communicative individual with approximately 6-10 years of experience working in a high-paced, international setting, preferably with a global premium fashion or retail brand. You'll have a deep understanding of CRM and different consumer segments, and the ability to address them in a different manner and tone of voice. If you're a team player with a hands-on mentality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving impactful CRM and membership initiatives, we'd love to hear from you.
