Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Accounting Officer to join our Corporate Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality accounting and financial services to our clients, including:
- Assisting clients with the implementation, incorporation, and optimization of holding, financing, and real estate companies;
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients;
- Handling day-to-day operations of companies and responding to clients' requests;
- Preparing and coordinating payments and related transaction monitoring;
- Preparing statutory financial statements and maintaining contact with auditors when applicable;
- Maintaining contacts with property managers, asset managers, tax advisors, lawyers, etc.
Your Profile:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics;
- 3+ years of working experience in a similar role;
- Good knowledge of Dutch GAAP;
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Dutch will be considered an advantage);
- A strong client-oriented mindset and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues;
- The ability to organize, prioritize, and manage your work effectively;
- A natural leadership spirit and a willingness to take on challenges.
