Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Technical Architect to lead our engineering team and drive the development of our special object marketplace. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping our technical vision, guiding our engineers, and ensuring the seamless delivery of product initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Provide strategic guidance on technology trends, architecture, and infrastructure to ensure the scalability and reliability of our platform.
  • Team Management: Lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and continuous learning.
  • Product Development: Partner with product owners and stakeholders to define and deliver product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Innovation: Drive innovation and experimentation within the team, exploring new technologies and approaches to stay ahead of the competition.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in software development and technical leadership, with experience in managing large-scale engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects and products, with a focus on quality, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with Ruby and microservices architecture, as well as Infrastructure as Code principles.
