About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Training Development Expert to join our Aftermarket Academy Europe team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that cater to both internal teams and external clients.

The purpose of this role is to equip our employees with the skills needed to excel in their roles and ensure our clients maximize the value of our cutting-edge products. In addition to training responsibilities, you will spearhead the creation of customized offers and oversee the handling of orders, taking a leading role in managing the financial aspects associated with our training services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging training programs for internal teams, focusing on technical product knowledge, features, and best practices.
  • Create customized training modules for external clients, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our products and how to leverage them effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with product development teams to stay updated on the latest features, updates, and industry trends.
  • Conduct in-house, on-site, and virtual training sessions for both internal and external audiences.
  • Customize training content to meet the specific needs of different teams and clients.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to internal teams and clients, addressing product-related queries and ensuring a seamless learning experience.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, and make continuous improvements.
  • Manage customized offers and orders for training services, ensuring alignment with client needs and company standards.
  • Take ownership of financial aspects related to training services, including budgeting, pricing strategies, and expense management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Fluent English language skills, both verbal and in writing.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt content to diverse audiences.
  • In-depth understanding of our products and the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible training material.
  • Proficient in creating training materials using various tools and platforms.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and techniques.
  • Enthusiastic about staying updated on industry trends and incorporating new knowledge into training programs.
  • Product knowledge: Compression technology, instrumentation technology, hydraulics, pneumatics, process engineering.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus an extensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
