Data Center Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- The Data Center Operations Specialist will be responsible for monitoring network and critical facility infrastructure on a day-to-day basis.
- Provide customer service support to internal and external customers.
- Assist the Technical Operation teams to ensure 100% uptime of all customer and critical infrastructure.
- Support customer demands, including remote hands support such as racking and stacking network devices, cabling, terminating, testing, labelling and troubleshooting of copper and fibre optic homeruns and cross-connects.
- Respond to Technical Support Requests within the agreed Service Level Agreement time frame.
About You:
- Vocational level (MBO level 4) qualification of a technical nature is required.
- 2-5 years previous relevant experience as a technician in Telco, IT or DC background is preferred.
- Experience working in a client-facing data center or technical experience in a customer-service oriented organization is preferred.
- Fluent in English is essential.

Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is between €45,000 and €65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
