About the RoleAs a Reliability Engineer at Accell Nederland, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our bicycles, components, and accessories. Your goal is to guarantee that all our products meet the highest standards of safety and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine and verify product specifications during NPI projects to ensure operational reliability and safety within set product specifications and timelines;
- Develop and implement test protocols and reliability processes in collaboration with Compliance and Test Engineers;
- Conduct complex tests and develop relevant test setups within CRT test facilities or external test facilities;
- Provide support in collecting and analyzing data for decision-making and test protocols;
- Conduct risk analyses such as FMECA or RCA and make predictions based on failure rates;
Requirements
- A completed HBO degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field;
- Knowledge and work experience with various tools for reliability, statistics, risk assessment, and analyses;
- Familiarity with quality requirements and current standards and regulations for relevant products;
- Knowledge of production methods, materials, measurement techniques, and testing methods;
