Job Summary:

This role is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of the process facilities, safety systems, and utilities at the Holland Hydrogen 1 asset, a 200MW electrolysis facility producing up to 80t/d of green hydrogen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the maintenance team to deliver safe and efficient maintenance of the process facilities, safety systems, and utilities.
  • Develop and execute maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures to ensure production in accordance with targets and specifications.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless operation of the asset.
  • Develop and train team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with Shell's safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in maintenance management, preferably in the energy industry.
  • Knowledge of hydrocarbon processing, especially electrolysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
