Job SummaryWe're seeking a talented Customer Support professional to join our team. As a Customer Solutions Expert, you'll be responsible for transforming our customers into digital bosses by providing expert knowledge and support. You'll help customers make informed decisions, resolve issues, and improve their shipping processes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email
