About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Business Development Lead to join our team at AND Digital. As a key member of our growth strategy, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with large enterprises, driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and other senior executives at target clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with our sales and delivery teams to close deals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, using this knowledge to inform our business development strategy

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Significant experience in business development, preferably in a consulting or technology services environmentA proven track record of winning new business deals with large enterprisesExcellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior executivesA deep understanding of the technology and professional services landscape, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunitiesFluency in Dutch, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
