Sales Support Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Sales Support Officer to join our dynamic team at Speedlink Worldwide Express. As a Sales Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing various administrative processes and systems for our customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks, including drawing up contracts, checking invoices, and tracking KPIs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and services.

Requirements:

  • College degree in an administrative field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and social skills.
  • Good command of Dutch and English languages.
  • Strong powers of persuasion and precise working attitude.
  • Ability to switch between tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Valid Dutch driving license, minimum B.
