Outbound Transportation Analyst

Michael Kors is a global fashion brand seeking a skilled Outbound Transportation Analyst to join our team.
As a key member of our Transportation team, you will be responsible for analyzing data and optimizing our outbound logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain transportation management reports, including KPIs, CPU, RFP/RFQ, and SOX.
- Host and prepare quarterly revenue recognition calls to update the business on our FQ/FY targets.
- Collaborate with the transportation team to improve reporting and results.
- Participate in carrier MBRs and QBRs, and prepare data for these meetings.
- Prepare management reports on ad-hoc requests.
- Drive and manage Data2Logistics, especially related to Data2Resolve.
- Manage invoices for all brands.
- Maintain regular outbound reports.
- Support claims towards carriers.
- Maintain and manage relationships with stakeholders.
- Initiate data-driven improvements.
- Initiate improvements to workflows and reduce costs.
- Work on reporting synergies between Michael Kors and Jimmy Choo.
Requirements:
- Experience in data analysis.
- Experience in outbound transportation.
- HBO or equivalent level.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Knowledge or experience in SAP, RLM, Manhattan WMI, or equivalent systems.
- Advanced verbal and written command of English.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of supply chain.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Ability to collaborate with other team members and departments.
