Salary and Benefits:
As a Development Engineer at Huhtamaki Fiber Technology, you can expect a competitive salary between €43,000 and €65,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications. In addition to a 13th month and an 8% vacation allowance, you'll also enjoy a bonus scheme of up to 3.75% of your annual salary.
Job Description:
We're looking for a talented Development Engineer to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you'll be responsible for developing new packaging solutions and improving existing ones. Your expertise will be essential in creating sustainable packaging materials from recycled and biodegradable molded fiber or shaped cardboard.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need a technical higher professional education in mechanical engineering or a related field. Previous experience in developing packaging or molds is an advantage, but we're willing to train the right candidate. You should possess a keen eye for detail, strong technical insight, and creativity.
