About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Research Scientist to join our team in Heerlen, specializing in fertilizer development. As a member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for designing and conducting experiments for various controlled-release fertilizer projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct experiments to develop new controlled-release fertilizers;
- Analyze materials and prototypes for composition and release performance;
- Support field trials, both in-house and with third-party collaborators;
- Collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain to scale up different processes.
Your Background
To be successful in this role, you will need a background in the chemical industry, experience with coating technology, and a passion for innovation. You should also have excellent analytical skills and be able to work effectively in a laboratory setting.
