Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Consultant Infoma Support to join our team at ekom21 - KGRZ Hessen. As a key member of our division, you will be responsible for providing expert support and advice to our customers on technical and procedural issues related to taxes and duties in the Infoma process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and advise customers on technical and procedural issues, taking into account the legal basis in the area of taxes and duties for the Infoma process.
  • Rectify faults in the specialist process and develop and implement proposals to avoid malfunctions and optimize ongoing operations.
  • Provide workarounds for specialist processes caused by disruptions and collaborate with 3rd level support.
  • Implement goals and requirements on time and on your own responsibility with a high level of customer and team orientation.
Requirements
  • A degree in public administration, administrative informatics, or completed vocational training in IT or (public) administration with a corresponding additional qualification as an administrative specialist or administrative business economist.
  • Relevant professional experience or comparable professional experience in the financial sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of taxes and duties, especially in the areas of annual invoicing and consumption billing.
  • Knowledge in the area of Infoma is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and a high degree of service and customer orientation.
  • Solution-oriented and independent way of working.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Very good written and spoken German skills.
  • Driving license class B and willingness to travel (mainly in Hesse).
