As a key member of our Solutions & Services team, you will be responsible for implementing our data in different CRM solutions, working closely with clients to ensure timely and efficient execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical project implementations and migrations with a focus on Cloud-based solutions;
- Act as primary interface with clients regarding project status, budget, scope, and issues;
- Work with the account management team to scope required effort and define timelines;
- Work closely with clients and project teams to identify and assure delivery against key business requirements and milestones;
- Track and communicate project status, plans, issues, timelines, action items, and budgets;
- Exercise scope management/control with respect to the client, team, and partners;
- Manage activities for cross-functional teams and coordinate technology and implementation plans with internal and external resources;
- Oversee application design – manage delivery of new processes within a consultative client relationship to ensure highest quality and client satisfaction;
- Work with (Pre-)Sales to develop proposals for new business opportunities and present these to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent experience;
- Excellent time management and communication skills;
- Analytical mindset with a strong interest in IT;
- Previous project management experience;
- Affinity for or experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or other CRM software is a plus.
Competencies:
- Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies;
- Experience of project management software and tools;
- Ability to communicate with and manage the expectations of internal and external stakeholders;
- Ability to develop, manage, and monitor multi-disciplinary project plans;
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus);
- Ability to prepare and present progress reports to management teams.
