Wat Ga Je Doen?

In jouw nieuwe baan als Team Lead Technical Services ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoudsproces in de hangaar en op het platform. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve output van medewerkers op dienst en het eigen team. Je coacht en beoordeelt medewerkers, maar stimuleert ook hun ontwikkeling.

Wie Ben Jij?

Voor deze vacature heb je veel in huis. Naast het feit dat je minimaal voor 80% beschikbaar bent en geen bezwaar hebt tegen wisseldiensten, heb je:

  • Een relevante MBO-opleiding afgerond en minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring opgedaan als Certifying Technician;
  • Affiniteit met het coachen en leidinggeven aan een team;
  • Je wordt enthousiast van complexe vliegtuig onderhoudsprocessen (inclusief bijbehorende regelgeving);
  • Je bent 'wendbaar', ofwel continu veranderingsbereid;
  • Je bent vriendelijk, daadkrachtig, verantwoordelijk en bevlogen;
  • Je bent in staat een team te enthousiasmeren en om gezamenlijk resultaten te boeken.
Wat Kun Je Van Ons Verwachten?

Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.527,- en €5.708,-; Wisseldiensttoeslag (ca €775,-); Veel ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling; Vriendelijke & bevlogen collega's; Persoonlijk budget voor jouw duurzame inzetbaarheid en vitaliteit; Wij werken hard maar er wordt ook hard gelachen; Een toffe werkplek onder de rook van Schiphol; Een eindejaarsuitkering (8,33% van het actuele jaarsalaris) en Winstdelingsregeling; Last but not least; ben je reislustig, dan is onze IPB-regeling (tegen mooie tarieven vliegen indien plaats beschikbaar) zeker de moeite waard
