Financial Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash and Credit Manager to join our Finance division. This critical role will be responsible for managing the company's cash flow, bank accounts, and credit risk.

• Manage the company's cash flow, including preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and regular reports on actual cash flow.
• Identify and evaluate variances, and implement tools to improve forecasting and analysis skills.
• Monitor and evaluate customer credit terms, manage credit holds, and requests for credit term updates.
• Maintain close cooperation with Sales Managers and Customer Service.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Economy/Accounting.
• At least three years of relevant experience in cash management and banking systems.
• Basic knowledge of accounting.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as:
