Medical Contract Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Contract Specialist to join our team in Diegem, Belgium. This is a permanent position with a hybrid workplace model (2 days home office).

This role will play a key part in our Pricing & Tender team, supporting the sales force in the implementation of pricing and contract strategies. As a Medical Contract Specialist, you will be responsible for independent processing and coordination of tenders, offers and contracts for our customers in Netherlands, Belgium & Luxembourg.
- Contract review and preparation in cooperation with the sales force and key account management;
- Advising and supporting the sales force in the implementation of pricing and contract strategies;
- Answering price inquiries and creating price lists;
- Helping to shape optimization opportunities in your own day-to-day business;
- Collaboration on projects in the area of price and offer management;
- Solution-oriented complaint management and credit note processing in cooperation with the Finance and Customer Excellence departments;
- Price and data maintenance as well as price reporting and analysis in SAP;
- Processing and documentation of business cases with internal and external customers in SalesForce;
- Succesfully completed commercial training and 3 years of professional experience in internal sales, customer service or price management, ideally in the area of tenders and public procurement law;
- Ability to work in a team, social skills, initiative, commitment and customer orientation;
- Quick comprehension and analytical thinking, good time management, high degree of self-organization, structured way of working;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Very good MS Office user skills, especially MS Excel and MS Word;
- Experience in working with an ERP system, ideally SAP R3/SD or S4/HANA, would be an asset;
- Experience in working with a CRM system, ideally SalesForce/ServiceCloud, would be an asset;
- Fluent in Dutch and French, good written and spoken English skills;
