GP-Connect is a rapidly growing employment agency scale-up headquartered in the heart of Breda. We are recruiting experienced professionals for our clients across the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Germany, Austria, and Luxembourg.

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our office in Breda. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will contribute to building GP-Connect's brand by establishing strong relationships with our clients and staff.

About You

You will be part of a small yet dedicated HR team, providing support and guidance to our clients and staff. Our enthusiastic team fosters a positive work environment, encouraging continuous growth and development.

Your Responsibilities

You will serve as a bridge between our HR and business functions, primarily interacting with trusted clients regarding outsourced employees. As the first point of contact for managers, you will address sickness, issues, and enquiries related to these employees. Collaborating with our HR and Sales teams, you will find solutions that satisfy all parties involved.

In addition, you will:

  • Act as a trusted advisor, coach, and partner for clients in general HR matters
  • Establish strong relationships with hotel managers through regular visits
  • Initiate and manage change processes to drive business growth
  • Understand the hiring needs, calendar, and priorities of our business

Your Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (50% - 50% time)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in HR/Project Management or a similar field
  • A proven track record of working in international environments
  • Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing circumstances
  • Living in the surrounding area of Breda, Netherlands

Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience
