Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Front Office team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring seamless guest experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures
  • Coordinating with other hotel departments to maintain high standards of service
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing improvements as needed
  • Developing and maintaining accurate records of front office transactions and inventory
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position within the luxury hotel industry
  • Proven track record of driving exceptional guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on mentality
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary based on scale 8 of the Horeca CLA, taking into account the candidate's experience. In addition, you can expect:
