RTR Supervisor

As the RTR Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the Finance Operations team for the EMEA region, driving seamless communication and operational efficiency. You will act as the link between local business units, functional teams, and the EMEA RAC in Mumbai, ensuring smooth period-end closings and accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Timely and accurate balance sheets and P&L statements.
• Managing closing processes in the region.
• Ensuring correct treatment and consulting with the IFRS center.
• Managing statutory filings and audits.
• Standardizing processes and following Global Standard Process definitions (GPD).
• Contributing to the finance governance framework of Specialty Chemicals.
• Liaising with local authorities and auditors.
• Overseeing SLAs and financial charges with GBS.
• Collaborating with RAC managers in other regions.
• Collaborating with the global CIM team.
• Managing coordination with PWC, RSM, and PinkVision.
• Primary contact for regional accounting issues.
• Delivering monthly information to global accounting.

Requirements include:

• Master's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent work experience.
• At least 10 years of relevant and in-depth work experience in accounting and reporting.
• Fluent in English language, Dutch is a plus.
• Experience with tax compliance solutions and technology (Vertex) is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS, In Control & Compliance Framework.
