Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Lilly. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and for implementing and maintaining quality systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage all activities related to quality assurance, including audits, inspections, and testing.
  • Develop and implement quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Ensure that all quality-related documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues on quality-related topics.

Requirements

  • Relevant knowledge and experience in quality assurance, including regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex quality issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Relevant education and certifications, such as a degree in a life science or a related field, and a certification in quality assurance.
