Customer Success Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist - Ethnic Markets to join our team in the Ethnic department, serving Asian supermarkets.
Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction while growing sales and margins according to established goals. You will report to the Inside Sales Manager.
You will manage your own customer portfolio and act as their first point of contact. You will ensure proper processing of orders and quote requests, oversee timely order placement, and assess customer creditworthiness.
You will actively find out your customers' needs and come up with appropriate solutions. You will use every opportunity to create additional sales opportunities by proactively working on upselling, cross-selling, and sharing actions and promotions.
Customer contact is mainly by phone, but you will also play a crucial role in after-sales by professionally managing and resolving customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
In addition, you will contribute to sales success by actively gathering market information during customer calls and sharing these valuable insights with the team to further optimize sales strategies.
As a Customer Success Specialist - Ethnic Markets, you will support the field sales team where necessary to jointly achieve the set goals.
We have a strong improvement mentality and expect you to actively participate in projects aimed at improving processes and efficiency within the organization.
