About the Job

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Bergschenhoek. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the implementation of Hyva's corporate HR strategy and contributing to the company's goal of becoming a Great Place to Work.

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance to line managers, coordinating employee lifecycle activities, and ensuring compliance with global HR policies. You will also be expected to manage staff-related issues, coordinate salary payments, and maintain accurate HR data in automated systems.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the managing directors of the Netherlands and Belgium, as well as other stakeholders across EMEA. A good command of Dutch is required, and fluency in English is also essential for effective communication.

To succeed in this position, you should have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as experience working in an international company. You should be able to demonstrate your expertise in people management and HR issues, and provide trusted advice and guidance to line managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR guidance to line managers on employee lifecycle activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding;
  • Coordinate and implement HR processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with global HR policies;
  • Manage staff-related issues, including conflict resolution and performance management;
  • Coordinate salary payments and maintain accurate HR data in automated systems;
  • Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure seamless HR services delivery;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, including managing directors and line managers;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in HR, preferably in an international company;
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, including employment law;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Fluency in English and Dutch (written and verbal);
