This role provides an exciting opportunity to support the HR team in researching, developing, and implementing new policies and programs related to compensation, benefits, and total rewards.
- Manage the end-to-end payroll processes for employees in Europe, the UK, and the Asia Pacific region.
- Ensure payroll is submitted accurately and on time.
- Perform all year-end tasks.
- Prepare reports related to payroll and payroll-related expenses.
- Reconcile absence-related data with payroll records.
- Prepare and submit remittances and other government-related payroll and tax requirements.
- Ensure payroll processes align to local employment legislation, company policies & practices, and the requirements of our various payroll vendors.
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries.
- Establish payroll processes and practices, including the management of payroll-related data transfer to our HRIS.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and compliance with government regulations and changes to employment laws.
- Support the planning and implementation of payroll systems to support growth and process efficiency.
- Provide support to the HR team in the research, development, and implementation of global and regional employment-related policies and programs.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a diploma/certificate in payroll, finance, or accounting and a qualified payroll practitioner. You should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in processing international payroll and/or international employment policy administration. You should be proficient with payroll software, Microsoft products, particularly Excel (pivot tables and v lookups), and have some experience working with ADP, Bamboo HR, and/or equivalent payroll and HRIS systems.
You should maintain sensitive and confidential information with the highest levels of integrity and be proficient in English (verbal & written communications). Other languages would be an asset, particularly Dutch, French, and/or Spanish. You should be eager to learn new things, continuously looking for ways to create efficiencies, and be comfortable working alone, but also enjoy collaborating with others in a team environment.
