About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President to join our Investment Banking team at Kempen & Co. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising clients on M&A, debt, and equity capital markets solutions across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take primary responsibility for deal execution of transactions.
  • Maintain client relations during the deal execution period and build M&A, Debt Advisory, or Equity Capital Markets expertise.
  • Coordinate the preparation of and delivering presentations, valuations, and pitches.
  • Build the team's culture and capabilities by active mentoring and training of analyst and associate level bankers.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of relevant working experience in M&A, debt advisory, ECM, strategy advisory or a corporate within a relevant sector.
  • Communication and project management talent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
