Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our Operations Team. As a key player, you will ensure full engagement of our customers with our software solutions. Your role will involve cultivating long-lasting relationships and partnerships with customers and vendors, driving technological and operational advancements in our field.
You will work closely with implementation and training partners, oil rigs, and technical experts to ensure smooth onboarding and correct usage of our solutions. Your expertise in project management, technical specifications, and customer support will be invaluable in detecting and preventing customer support needs.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a Master's degree in Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field. You should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in customer success, partner management, or a related role in the offshore and/or energy sectors. Exceptional English communication, collaboration, negotiation, and people skills are essential.
