About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst FX Specialist to join our team at ABN AMRO. As a Business Analyst FX Specialist, you will play a crucial role in improving the performance of our Global Markets Foreign eXchange (FX) propositions, processes, and systems.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze product, process, and system requirements, ensuring alignment with our FX strategies. Your analytical mindset and ability to provide structural solutions will be essential in translating complex issues into effective and efficient change.

As a Business Analyst FX Specialist, you will contribute to the goals of our Global Markets team and value chain. You will be responsible for analyzing and capturing our clients' needs and facilitating the resulting change. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and promote change through your proposed solutions will be key to your success in this role.

We are looking for a candidate with a curious and learning mindset, a getting things done mentality, and experience in requirement analysis and IT projects. You should be able to coach less experienced colleagues and collaborate with cross-functional teams. About the Team

Our team is responsible for the implementation of our FX strategy, taking end-to-end ownership to realize effective and efficient change with proven impact for our FX business. We are a dynamic and informal environment with limited hierarchy, and we encourage an inclusive culture where all colleagues feel engaged and appreciated.

We offer a competitive salary, five weeks of vacation per year, and a personal development budget of €1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to €3,000. You will also have the option to purchase an additional four weeks of vacation per year and work from home in consultation with your team. We provide an annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands and an excellent pension scheme.
