At Sendcloud, we are on a mission to revolutionize shipping globally. As the Product Lead for Carriers, you will be responsible for shaping our multi-year carrier strategy. You will manage our portfolio of carrier products, ensuring we meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your primary goal is to develop and execute a robust carrier portfolio strategy, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Dive deep into understanding markets, customer needs, and industry trends to ensure Sendcloud remains at the forefront of the shipping industry.

• Lead and coach a team of product managers, guiding them to deliver exceptional results and aligning their efforts with broader company objectives.

• Collaborate closely with multiple teams across domains and departments to enhance our carrier offerings, making the shipping process smoother and more efficient.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of logistics and the logistics industry, preferably within carriers related to e-commerce shipping.

• Proven experience in coaching and developing others, with a track record of positive impact on user behavior.

• Excellent strategic product thinking and stakeholder communication skills.

• Ability to balance stakeholder needs and navigate complex challenges, maximizing the impact of your work.
