Quality Excellence

Teva Pharmaceuticals seeks a highly skilled Quality Systems Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Systems & Compliance team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving quality processes in line with site SOPs, Teva Global Standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support robust quality systems for manufacturing, packaging, testing, facilities, and warehousing.
  • Monitor day-to-day performance and support the preparation of long-term local strategies.
  • Continuously assess and improve department quality processes, including investigations, CAPAs, and changes.
  • Represent Quality in system/equipment/utility related projects.
  • Share knowledge on qualifications within the Quality department and site.
  • Closely collaborate with Site Quality Leadership to align on strategy and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Engage in local and global platforms.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Chemistry or Pharmacy) preferred.
  • Extensive experience in a quality position within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in managing quality systems, investigations, and process improvements.
  • In-depth knowledge of cGXP, regulatory guidance, and quality management systems, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively in daily activities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis and the implementation of sustainable improvements.
  • A passion for quality and continuous improvement, with the ability to drive process efficiencies and enhance product quality.
