Job Title: Business Development Manager

Cooler Master is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships, channel development, and product portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, distributors, and dealers
  • Manage product portfolio and ensure alignment with market trends and customer needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales enablement and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze market and competitive feedback to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
