About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and emotionally intelligent individual to join our team as a Manager on Duty. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our hotel, including managing our F&B operations, leading by example, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading by example and applying our culture foundation and brand values;
  • Guiding and coaching team members to develop their skills and help them succeed in their current and future roles;
  • Assisting with onboarding new employees during their first weeks;
  • Ensuring the safety and security of our employees and guests;
  • Analyzing P&L and converting learnings into concrete short- and long-term action plans;
  • Being the go-to person within the MOD team on one of the following roles: F&B, P&L, process, or employees;
  • Enjoying being on the floor with our hosts and guests on shifts.
Requirements
  • You are a natural host and breathe hospitality every day, taking it to the next level;
  • You have a passion for F&B and storytelling;
  • You are fluent in English and have relevant work experience in a similar role (3 years or more);
  • You are full of ideas and want to drive our local F&B & brand proposition to new heights;
  • You have IT skills for relevant property management software systems & POS software;
  • Sustainability and hospitality aren't just passions for you—they're in your DNA;
  • You are flexible and available to work shifts from 07:00-15:00 and 15:00-23:00 including weekends, and occasionally work a shift from 16:00 – 00:00;
  • You are legally allowed to work in The Netherlands.
