Drive Business Growth as a Commercial Excellence Developer

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Commercial Excellence Developer to join our team at De Jong Verpakking BV.

About the Role:

You will play a crucial role in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency by analyzing market trends, customer insights, and sales data. Your findings will inform strategic decisions and help drive the implementation of commercial excellence initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop go-to-market strategies, selecting optimal channels and optimizing sales planning;
  • Analyze customer insights and sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth;
  • Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports to track key metrics;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial excellence initiatives;
  • Provide recommendations and insights to support strategic decision-making;
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented initiatives and make adjustments as needed;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve commercial processes;
  • Cost new business opportunities and quotation management;
  • Provide business analysis to the Management team to enable informed decision making;
  • Prepare tenders to discuss pricing strategy with Sales Managers;
  • Provide commercial information and negotiation aids to the Sales Team;
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve profitability for the business and customer;
  • Develop reports and commercial tools to support the sales departments;
  • Review Sales contracts and commercial terms before formalization (including calculations).

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent;
