Operational Learning Strategist for Continuous Improvement

As an Operational Learning Strategist for Continuous Improvement at Boston Scientific, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing lifetime learning programs that drive operational excellence across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training strategies aligned with organizational needs, ensuring seamless integration of knowledge and skills enhancements for Operations colleagues.
- Collaborate closely with regional educational centers to design and deliver high-impact educational programs that contribute to employee growth and development.
- Manage the Kerkrade DL training team, providing coaching and support to trainers to ensure effective application of acquired knowledge, skills, and behaviors in daily routines.
You will work closely with managerial levels and colleagues to provide learning support, coaching, and evaluate learning effectiveness. Your expertise will be sought after as a subject matter expert on various learning topics, driving creative yet efficient and effective training solutions.
Your ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:
- Organizing and sustaining lifetime learning activities, including onboarding new learners and interacting closely with education centers as the first point of contact.
- Coaching and supporting individual learners, instructors, and their supervisors on translating learning into practice.
- Maintaining all required learning activities for the facility on TRS/LMS systems, acting as a subject matter expert during internal and external quality audits related to training compliance.
We seek a highly skilled professional with:
- A Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant work experience.
- At least 5 years' experience in Education or Learning within a complex, international business environment.
- Excellent organization skills, with the ability to lead and coach diverse teams.
- Demonstrated success in delivering training programs and coaching learners on applying knowledge in daily work.
- A continuous process improvement mentality, with the ability to identify opportunities and act upon them.
- Strong technical proficiency and knowledge of various Learning systems and computer applications, including MS Office.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
