Job Title: Duty Manager - Guest Experience Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Duty Manager to join our team at NOVOTEL. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a fantastic experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze guest reviews and respond to each one in a timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities to improve our service and implement changes.
  • Engage with department heads to improve work processes and ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct safety rounds and take charge during crisis situations.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary in scale VI (starting at € 2,699.15).
