The Head of Global Change plays a pivotal role in driving organisational transformation and strategic change initiatives through a centre of excellence for change management at Just Eat Takeaway. This role connects closely with business leaders to deliver change support on global strategic projects and programs aligned with our business strategy and priorities, maximising adoption.
This position is responsible for building and maintaining a high standard of change culture and best practice, growing change maturity of the organisation through building and developing change capability and adoption across Just Eat Takeaway.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Change Managers, who partner Exco to design and deliver end-to-end change plans and methodologies to deliver strategic business priorities and projects effectively, driving success in change with all stakeholders involved.
- Senior HR Change specialists, who design and deliver end-to-end change plans and methodologies to support HR Portfolio initiatives.
Global Centre of Expertise:
- Responsible for building a global centre of expertise for change in the organisation: setting change and quality standards and continuous improvement practices for Just Eat Takeaway with necessary infrastructure and tooling to support change adoption and maturity.
- Establish, lead and influence a global change agent community and network with links to all markets and functions, creating matrix connections and setting the standard on change with all change & delivery related roles & teams to effectively leverage internal resources and support behavioural change across all personas and locations.
- Promoting change leadership and the need for change management across the organisation.
- Team leadership of change professionals including performance management, development and effective allocation of resources to business priorities and stakeholders, prioritising people impact and high ROI.
- Adapt change approaches to needs from the organisation and providing flexibility required to get the best results in the Just Eat Takeaway environment.
Change Support Aligned to Business Priorities:
- Providing guidance and coaching to Management Board and Exco members to develop an aligned vision for change with business strategic and transformational programmes.
- Empowering and developing Lead Change Managers to act as 'change partners' for Exco members and support the delivery of change within Exco sponsored programmes and initiatives and challenge change readiness and adoption.
- Collaborate with Strategy & projects team and Internal Communications to ensure change delivery is aligned with the Just Eat Takeaway vision, mission, purpose and key initiatives to effectively contribute to our employee value proposition and engagement.
Care for Organisational Change Maturity Growth:
- Collaborating with the Global learning team (and providers) to design and implement scalable training and learning solutions to build change awareness and capability across all layers of the organisations.
- Curating and delivering targeted learning solutions for the SLC and Exco to develop change sponsorship and leadership.
Requirements:
- Higher education degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related subjects or equivalent by experience.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives and maturing change capability in a global complex organisation in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in project management and the ability to simultaneously manage, coordinate and execute a number of complex projects.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to evolving organisational needs.
- Strong leadership skills and experience of team management, with the ability to inspire and motivate others during times of change, and develop the competency of team members.
- Exceptional communication skills, including developing and delivering presentations, written communications, and training materials.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with an understanding of the cultural and psychological factors that influence people at work.
- A proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships, able to gain trust, respect and confidence quickly to influence and coach teams, senior stakeholders including c-suite and key partners.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate strategic priorities and application, and translate these into both short and long term experiences of the team and take a hands-on approach.
Salary Estimate: The salary for this position is estimated to be around £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
