Business Developer

About the Role

Element Logic is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join our team in the Benelux region. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and developing strategic relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Benelux region
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B direct sales experience in intricate 3PL, automation/intralogistics, or complex mechanical goods
- Proven track record of developing sustainable customer relationships and successfully acquiring new clients
- Strong understanding of material flow and customer-centric process understanding
