Sales and Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Intern to join our AS Watson team at Coty. As a Sales Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our Key Account Managers and marketing team in driving sales and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze weekly performance data to ensure alignment with company targets.
- Collaborate with the Key Account Team to conduct weekly store checks and create visual reports to track in-store performance.
- Develop and implement promotional materials to support trade marketing activities, particularly during product launches.
- Ensure timely implementation of promotional plans for Coty Beauty Brands.
- Stay up-to-date on competitive activity and market trends, conducting competitive analysis and assessing new product launches.
- Provide administrative support to the Key Account Managers.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong passion for the beauty industry and a keen interest in sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, be a team player, and have a strong affinity for the FMCG sector.
Key requirements include:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in Dutch or English.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
Desired skills include:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and result-driven with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain focus on multiple targets.
This is a full-time internship of 38 hours per week, lasting 6 months, with a starting date in September 2024. You will receive an internship allowance and travel allowance, provided you do not have a public transport subscription provided by your school. Assignments for your studies and/or writing your thesis must be completed in your own time.
