About the Role

This internship provides a valuable chance to work under the guidance of our Senior UX Researcher, assisting designers, engineers, and product managers in understanding how to delight our users. You'll help design and execute research projects, working closely with trusted partners to gain insights through qualitative methods and create recommendations following quantitative validation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the UX Researcher in designing and running different user research projects, from qualitative interviews to quantitative surveys.
  • Getting hands-on in planning, recruitment, facilitation, and stimulus creation for research needs.
  • Working closely with our trusted research partners to get projects up and running.
  • Analysing research findings and helping the UX Researcher communicate these to stakeholders to inform business and product decisions.
  • Organising and cataloguing existing research to draw out new insights and share them with the right people at the right time.
Requirements:
  • A strong passion for being the users' advocate and putting their needs first.
  • Interest in and understanding of how user research can have a lasting impact on product and design decisions.
  • Completing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in psychology, behavioural sciences, HCI, design, or an equivalent discipline.
  • Some previous experience with qualitative and/or quantitative research.
  • In order to be considered for this internship, you need to be registered as a student in a Dutch university during the entire internship period.
