As a dedicated Service Sales Engineer at Radio Holland, you play a pivotal role in enhancing the inside sales process. Your efforts are integral to the seamless flow of our inside sales operations, ensuring meticulous and precise handling of customer inquiries. Job Description

This role involves being accurate and working within defined pricing guidelines. You will be part of the RFG (request for quote) process, preparing and technically elaborating tickets/RFG components. Quotations and responses to customer inquiries must be professional and timely.

You will work closely with the Customer Service Team Lead and other departments to ensure alignment and meet customer requirements. Cost price calculations and updates of relevant information in systems are also essential tasks.
