Job Mission

At ASML, we are committed to delivering world-class transactional and operational support services organized around End-to-End (E2E) processes. Our Finance Operations team is responsible for Inventory, Manufacturing, and Sourcing & Supply Chain accounting, including related processes. We are seeking a Financial Controller to strengthen our team and drive continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate accounting (US GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory) and support complex contract accounting and reporting.
  • Drive improvement initiatives related to Record to Report processes and reports.
  • Perform internal (SOx) control activities and ensure compliance.
  • Be the key user for certain processes and systems.
Requirements

You have 4+ years of relevant experience in finance, preferably in a financial control or auditing environment. You possess a Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Economics, or Accounting, and have experience working in an international, multinational environment. You are knowledgeable in US GAAP and IFRS, and have experience executing SOx controls. You are an expert user in Microsoft Excel and have experience in SAP. Additionally, you have experience in process mapping and process redesign.

You are a result-oriented, team player with excellent analytical skills, critical thinking, and a proactive and communicative personality. You are fluent in English (written and spoken) and possess a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural understanding. You are committed and flexible, with a professional and ambitious attitude, striving for continuous improvement.
