Plant Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Plant Operations Director to lead our factory team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and directing the daily activities of our production site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans, including associated budgets and proposals.
- Translate the company vision into operational goals and KPIs for the factory.
- Ensure the structure of the organization, processes, and optimal functioning of systems.
- Coordinate with other managers and the management team.
- Oversee the output of production lines and total OEE.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the manufacturing industry.
- Extensive knowledge of production processes and techniques.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (speaking and writing).
- Result-oriented and analytical.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Stress-resistant and able to prioritize effectively.
- Hands-on mentality and proactive.
